Family Recitals · Recitais em Família
Transforming the living room of our homes into a “Temporary Stage” for Art.
The Project

Family Recitals since 2007

HausMusik Brasil is a voluntary cultural and educational initiative that transforms the living rooms of Brazilian homes into temporary stages for the arts — intimate, affective spaces where families, artists, and audiences come together through live music.

Activities

Colloquy, Concert & Fellowship — dialogue, live music, and celebration.

Specificities

Palco Affetivo, inclusive diversity, and interactivity — every person has voice and presence.

Concreteness

Printed programme, flowers & chocolates — gestures of care that mark each event.

Pedagogy of Dialogic Expressivity

Palco Affetivo & HausingMusiking

Palco Affetivo is the form — the visible body of the pedagogy, the scenario where love becomes concrete. HausingMusiking is the gesture — the vital movement that inhabits the music and lets the music inhabit those who make it.

“The Palco Affetivo is the house that welcomes; HausingMusiking is the gesture that transcends.”

Scientific Group

The HausMusik Brasil Scientific Group presents 22 papers at the 37th ISME World Conference in Montreal (July 26–31, 2026) — from indigenous music to music education in vulnerable communities and the spiritual dimensions of musical practice.
